We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard for the secure transmission of information across the Internet.  We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide. We will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
 
WHAT WE DO
We collect personally identifiable information about our users. Our goal in collecting personal information online is to provide you with the most useful and helpful Web experience possible. We collect:

CREDIT CARDS
We do not accept international credit cards; we accept Australian VISA and Mastercard credit cards only. We process credit card payments when you checkout from the Analysis Request Form post-submission screen.
 
ORDER HISTORY
Your order information and purchase history are protected by your password. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email your password to the email address listed with us as your HORTUS Technical Services registered email address.
